Likewise an experienced real estate agent spends a lot of time studying and have a lot of experience with many sales under our belt.
There is a lot of personal skills working with people , thinking what people are trying to navigate in their mind, managing their stress, managing and helping with knowledge that buyers and seller don’t have because they are not doing that all the time like a real estate whose profession it is.

A private seller may have sold their boat or a car or similar possessions, but the terminology and words used to extract the best price from a buyer is a skill that a real agent is trained for.
It may seem obvious and simple but there is a lot more to this than meets the eye.
