She is a licensed real estate agent under the REAA 2008 and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

Linda began her real estate career selling homes in the leafy Auckland suburb of Epsom. She then spent 18 years selling homes and sections at the seaside settlement of Omaha Beach just north of Auckland before moving to the North Shore of the city where she worked for Bayleys Real Estate. Following an adventurous period working on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean, Linda returned to Kaikoura and the real estate industry.
